Mr. Hawkins has been with QLogic since January 2004. Prior to joining QLogic he was a partner of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, a law firm with 13 offices worldwide and over 900 lawyers. He was with O'Melveny & Myers for over 11 years. He earned his J.D. from Villanova Law School, his M.B.A. from California State University, Fullerton, and his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from The Ohio State University. As chief legal officer, he is responsible for all legal matters at QLogic.
